Started in 2021 by Justin Britanik, he has worked in healthcare for over 15 years with a background in quality management in primary care, inpatient, and public health settings. He has a passion for helping teams reach their project goals by improving processes through value creation and reducing variation. He specializes in facilitating learning collaboratives, performance measurement, leading and coaching QI projects, and building and sustaining a culture of quality.

His favorite part of working in quality improvement is seeing teams and individuals reach their full potential, and empowering them to embrace technical and experiential data in order to take on difficult challenges with precision and innovation.

Justin has a proven track record of mentoring and coaching high-performing teams through all phases of quality improvement including: building infrastructure, training in person and virtually, project management, producing useful data and applying analytical techniques to inform tactical decisions, as well as managing change and sustaining improvements.
